About

I’m an award-winning trilingual writer, researcher, photographer, and audio producer based in New York City.

I’m currently focused on long form writing and audio narratives and I’m a Literary Reportage Fellow at NYU. I’ve contributed to the Colorado Independent, the Brooklyn Paper, the Washington Post, The Creative Independent, and Written in Air magazine, among others.

I also conduct research — for journalists, publications, and media professionals — and fact-check.

Between 2023 and 2024, I traveled the world as a Watson Fellow, exploring the relationship between photography and memory. I spent my time digging in archives and interviewing photographers and visual culture geeks, with cameras, an audio recorder, and a notebook in hand.

I produced podcasts for a few years across various genres for Wonder Media Network, including award-winning shows like As She Rises, I Was Never There, Words to Win By, and Womanica. I have also produced my own audio documentaries, informed by my time learning from the In The Dark Creative Audio Documentary course. Before that I studied environmental studies and journalism at Colorado College.

I have been recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists for my photography and writing about environmental policy in Colorado

Mostly, I simply enjoy following my curiosity and documenting what I notice.
